Antioquia is the highest-producing region in Colombia and is close to both Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The region currently produces around 16% of Colombia’s coffee output. This coffee is grown between 1200 and 1800 meters above sea level. 65% of the coffee is harvested in the main crop period (October to February) and the balance during Mitaca or Fly Crop (March to September).
Roasted to a medium level, the brightness of red berries are present with a gentle sweetness of caramel present throughout the cup. A great Colombia to sit and savor!
