The predominant notes in this light roast are of brown sugar, caramel, plum and strawberry, and it is truly one of the most exceptional Costa Ricas we have ever roasted. The Natural processing has kept the acidity and fruit flavors st their peak, and you will find the body of this coffee to be full of depth with long-lasting lingering notes on the palate.
