The efforts of Marcos, Silvia and their son Felipe Croce have long been felt in their surrounding community as they began their farming endeavors on the Fazenda Ambiental Farm located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. At the heart of their ideology is bringing everything into balance from their coffee farming to their yoga studio to each visitor’s experience as people travel worldwide to experience the FAF coffee farm.
This Reserve lot from the FAF farm produces a wonderful milk chocolate, Brazil nut experience in the cup with a wonderful full body and balanced acidity. The result of the attention to processing details is a very clean, balanced and wonderful cup of coffee whether brewed hot or cold.
