This espresso has been crafted using 3 origins derived entirely from Latin American countries, which goes against the norm of espresso creation. Our goal with this espresso design was to build a medium roast espresso full of flavor with moderate acidity and lingering aftertaste but without the dark-roast bitterness.
The Canvas de Barista accomplished these goals and produces a bright cup of espresso exhibiting cherry, almond and caramel notes as the most pronounced flavors. Crema production is massive in this blend, and as the cup cools we think this will be one blend you will love savoring.
