This natural Ethiopia is every bit of the intense fruity flavor profile one comes to anticipate from the birthplace of coffee. At our light roast, the notes of red raspberry jam and chocolate emerge throughout the cup as it cools. By roasting this light, all the wonderful acidity stays forward and pronounced in the cup and culminates in a very clean medium-bodied cup. Our preferences on this coffee are the Aeropress or pourover, and if you have one, a siphon will give you the absolute sweetest fruit flavors possible for this particular coffee.
