This Ethiopia Sidamo is a combined effort from multiple producers in the Sidamo region. This is a washed blend of Grade 1 heirloom varietal coffees utilizing the top lots from these producers’ farms, and the final cup is deeeelicious!
We keep the roasting light at a City level of roast, and the resulting lime and orange citrus notes shine through brilliantly. The milk chocolate note arrives as the cup cools and as the initial citrus gives way to the deeper chocolatey flavor on your tongue.
For all who love Ethiopian coffees, this is fantastic!

I am usually a medium to dark roast coffee person but i like Ethiopian coffees so gave this a shot. VERY SMOOTH AND REFRESHING. Kind of a nice switch in flavor for a change. If you like a lighter roast coffee you will enjoy this.
