Description
This Swiss Water Process Decaffeinated Guatemala coffee maintains quite a lovely sweetness and acidity despite the fact that the caffeine has been removed. We’ve only roasted this Strictly Hard Bean with Extra Processing to a medium roast level. The result is a sugary sweet raisin note evident throughout the cup from start to finish, and the body and acidity are both moderate.
This is a delightful after-dinner coffee!
