Roasted to dark, medium and light as stand alone single-origins, each of these coffees come together in their peak flavor to combine in a delicious display of dark chocolate, raspberry, lime, cranberry and honey. The beauty of this cup is that it also changes a bit from hot to cooling. This starts out as a rich dark chocolate with subtle raspberry and opens up into citrus and cranberry with an emerging honey note as the cup begins to cool down to medium temperature. The body of this coffee represents itself largely, and the acidity is distinctly present but balanced.
