We’ve combined Brazil Natural Legender Especial, Guatemala SHB Huehuetenango and Kenya AB Nyeri Othaya Gatugi for one of our richest and most complex coffee blends we’ve ever created.
Roasted to medium and dark as stand alone single-origins, each of these coffees come together in their peak flavor to combine in a delicious display of dark chocolate, cabernet sauvignon wine, blackberry, and spice. The beauty of this cup is that it also changes a bit from hot to cooling. This starts out as a rich dark chocolate with subtle spices and opens up into dark berry notes and deep red wine as the cup begins to cool down with hints of apple upon cooling to medium temperature. The body of this coffee represents itself largely, and the acidity is distinctly present but balanced.
