Description

This Fully Washed Sumatra Jambi Kerinci tastes like a classic Indonesian coffee and exhibits layers of depth and flavor in the cup from hot to cooling.  The notes of chocolate are multi-faceted from hot to cool, and it exhibits delightful apple and almond notes throughout.  This Sumatra is extremely clean and the extra care in sorting and processing at origin shines through in this very clean cup.
